At 9:03am on Jun 30,2008 my little girl was born, 8lbs 7oz and 20 3/4 inches long. I was one of those guys who they said it wont hit them till they see there child with their own eyes. When I first saw her and was able to carry her my eyes got wattery and my throat got a lump. She is a lively one, as soon as they cleaned her up and handed her to me to carry it had only been 15 mins from the time she came out and she had her eyes WIDE open and looking at me and looking around all over the place "like where am I" .

Also another friend of mine was there and his wife was having a baby in the other room about 2hrs later! Small world !! We both meet at the nursery and were saying "this is my girl" and "this is my boy". A few hours later, another friend of mine called to congratulate me and to tell me that his father passed away earlier that morning. He congratulated me and I gave him my sympathy, I had never experience happy and sorrow at the same time. He sounded very sad but was happy and said "thats life, one life leaves and others are born"
